Founder

N Squared Communications is owned and run by Natalie Lewis who for over a decade has worked with many of the leading figures in hospitality and luxury, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Porto Montenegro, explora, Sandy Lane, The Café Royal, Taj Hotels, as well as Net a Porter and Harrods.

 

More recently she has consulted on and conceived projects for the boutique hotel Alavya in Turkey, Elizabeth Scarlett homewares and gifting, PROPERCORN and Modus Fireplaces.

The Brief

 

N Squared Communications was tasked with updating the brand positioning for Elizabeth Scarlett and executing a PR and marketing campaign that would place the brand front of mind with the target millennial market.

 

The Upshot

 

Natalie worked alongside founder Elizabeth to put strategic brand partnerships in place with the likes of Estée Lauder and Birchbox UK;  A reputable charity partnership and supporting media event was brokered in collaboration with a leading UK blogger; Successful product placement was secured across target titles to include Stylist, Condé Nast Traveller and The Evening Standard; The Elizabeth Scarlett Instagram following also doubled within six months, as a result of targeted influencer outreach.

The Brief

 

To provide an updated overview of the European media landscape, in the launch period of the hotel and to assist the in-house team, in securing targeted media placement in leading UK titles.

 

The Upshot

 

A day’s workshop with Alavya’s communications team on the European media landscape including updates on best media-hosting practice, media moves and trends. Pre-opening and opening reviews secured across the UK’s leading travel outlets and reputable annual guides to include The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, Condé Nast Traveller Hot List, as well as Food & Travel and the Times.

Working with founder Cassandra Stavrou to provide ongoing consultancy on the brand positioning and communications strategy as the PROPERCORN range developed.
